Evergreen Place Assisted Living
Evergreen Place, a 63-apartment assisted-living facility, is a joint effort of BroMenn, Heritage Enterprises and Blair Minton & Associates. Located at 801 Gregory Street in Normal, Evergreen Place was created for individuals who do not need nursing home care, but who may find it difficult to live safely in their own homes. Evergreen Village is a new senior living community that, when completed, will consist of 99 supportive living apartments and 86 independent living units.
Lifeline
Lifelineis a home emergency response system that links your telephone line to a wearable call-for-help button. When activated, the device automatically calls one or more predetermined phone numbers to summon assistance. Respite Care at Eureka Community Hospital
Respite care, or short-term hospital care for people who are not able to care for themselves, is available at Eureka Community Hospital. This service allows caretakers to meet other responsibilities, while knowing that their loved ones are still receiving one-on-one, professional medical care. For information, call (309) 467-2371.
Residential Long-Term Care – Heritage Manor
BroMenn's preferred provider arrangement with Heritage Enterprises is an optional service for individuals who need continued residential care after they leave the hospital.
