BroMenn Healthcare Emergency/Trauma Services

When you need immediate medical care, for whatever reason—sudden illness, a serious accident, even a "routine" childhood ailment—the emergency departments at BroMenn Regional Medical Center and Eureka Community Hospital are here to help. Teams of trained, experienced trauma nurses and emergency physicians are ready to provide that care 24 hours a day.

BroMenn Regional Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center and an Emergency Department approved for Pediatrics recognized by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Eureka Community Hospital has the only emergency room in Woodford County, available all day and all night, seven days a week.

BroMenn Regional Medical Center's trauma designation means it can provide a full range of trauma services within 30 minutes, with board-certified emergency physicians, trauma surgeons, trained trauma nurses, and all other specialities available, or with transfer agreements in place, if needed. The center also has equipment on hand that is unique to trauma centers.

Both hospitals have the staff, equipment and resources to assess and treat life-threatening emergencies, provide consulting specialties and, if needed, arrange transfer to another facility. Both also treat less serious injuries and illnesses.

Major emergency or minor crisis—the BroMenn System is here for you....
