BroMenn Healthcare Cancer Care
Whether it's a family member, a friend, a co-worker or even ourselves, most of us have experienced firsthand the effects of this devastating disease. The BroMenn System brings together physicians, nurses and other staff who are familiar with cancer and the many ways it impacts peoples' lives. With knowledge, skill, compassion and teamwork, we help people through diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
For outpatient services, community education and support for individuals with cancer and their families, BroMenn has partnered with OSF St. Joseph Medical Center to create The Community Cancer Center, a freestanding facility located at 407 East Vernon Avenue in Normal. To learn more, visit www.cancercenter.org or call (309) 451-8500.
Leading the way in innovative treatment and technologies, The Community Cancer Center is proud to be the first Midwest facility to offer the Cyberknife for treatment of lesions in the spine, head & neck, and other body sites. This radiosurgical tool is both proven and cutting edge, with the Cyberknife team coordinating care and developing treatment protocols. View more information about the Cyberknife Service.
BroMenn Regional Medical Center is accredited by the American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer for inpatient care.
At Eureka Community Hospital, two oncologists provide weekly specialty clinics for scheduled patient visits, providing chemotherapy if needed. Chemotherapy can also be administered in the hospital's outpatient services area.
