Taught by a certified lactation consultant, this class offers information on why breastfeeding is the BEST choice for your baby. A two-part class, part 1 covers prenatal preparation & getting off to a good start after delivery. It also features a film on breastfeeding. Part 2 covers breastfeeding in the early days and beyond, common concerns, pumping, and storing breast milk. Fathers or other support persons are welcome.
