New Pediatrician Joins BroMenn Medical Group

Dr. Andrea Kane

Andrea M. Kane, MD, a pediatrician with BroMenn Medical Group, is accepting new patients at Sugar Creek Medical Associates, 1302 Franklin Avenue, Suite 2500, Normal.

Dr. Kane is a graduate of Chicago's Rush Medical College, where she was named Clinical Student of the Year and served as president of the college's Pediatric Interest Group.  She completed her pediatric residency at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

A sprinter and volleyball player at Benedictine University in Lisle, she has a special interest in providing care to young athletes. Dr. Kane also enjoys caring for newborns, young children and teens. An advocate of a healthy lifestyle, Dr. Kane also works with families on child weight management and nutritional issues.

She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and has volunteered her time at a free clinic, a homeless shelter and a domestic violence shelter.
